Since moving to Vancouver just a few short years ago, Chris Davis has established himself as not only one of Vancouver's premiere trumpeters but one of Canada's! His playing is steeped in hard bop traditions and you can hear various influences such as Lee Morgan, Kenny Dorham and Clifford Brown but his sound is all his own!
