Drummer JON MCCASLIN'S SUNALTA was recorded in early 2012 featuring an all-star Canadian band featuring recent JUNO AWARD WINNING PHIL DWYER saxophones, BRAD TURNER trumpet, TILDEN WEBB piano and JODI PROZNICK bass. SUNALTA is not only a showcase for McCaslin's drumming but also him brilliant composing and arranging!

Tenor saxophonist CORY WEEDS is at it again with his 5th record as a leader UP A STEP. The album features the music of HANK MOBLEY and was recorded live at EDMONTON'S YARDBIRD SUITE at the end of a West Coast tour. The band features hammond organ heavyweight MIKE LEDONNE, guitarist OLIVER GANNON and drummer JESSE CAHILL.
